• "Player" refers to an athlete who uses the platform to track stats and interact.
• "Fan" refers to users who follow and engage with athletes and teams.
• "Team" refers to a group or organization managing a sports team on the platform.

• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Afrolete reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts for false information, misuse, or violating terms.

• Afrolete provides sports data insights, player profiles, networking, and engagement features.
• Users may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: 
  • Posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the app’s functionality.
  • Impersonating another user or misrepresenting affiliations.

• Afrolete collects sports performance data, user interactions, and profile details.
• Personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
• Users can manage privacy settings within the app.
• Players’ performance data may be shared with their parents, coaches, and teams, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Users retain ownership of their content (e.g., posts, images, videos).
• By posting on Afrolete, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, share, and use your content within the platform.
• Afrolete is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove inappropriate or illegal content.

• Some features of Afrolete may require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• No refunds are provided unless required by law.

• Afrolete is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Afrolete is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from the use of the app.
• Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

• Afrolete reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

• Afrolete may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
• Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
